Application

Light-duty channel for easily and efficiently pre-assembling bearing and hanger assemblies, such as crossbars, wall brackets and support structures on site.
Especially suitable for fixing of air ducts (oblong, round or oval), as well as cable trays.
This channel allows a secure connection to the building structure and thus the loads performed by the ventilation system are absorbed safely.

Achtung
The following load conditions according to DIN EN 12236 should be checked respectively are to be respected: weight of air ducts, material of insulation/coating of air ducts, elements in the ventilation system (e.g. acoustics, absorbers, flaps, etc.), hanger construction, additional weights induced by persons during cleaning and maintenance works, possible external loads, operating temperature of the ventilation system.

Assembly

The channel is equipped with internal gearing and compatible with the following products of the Pressix CC 27 systsem: Speed Nut NT CC 27, Holding Bracket HK 27, Sound Absorption Unit SDE 27, Channel Lining SAL 27, Angle Connector CN CC 27 and Beam Clamp SB 27.
