Application
Non-cutting quick fastening for ventilation installations. The special cone of the screw turns very quickly into the metal sheet, creates a collar and under the same process forms the tight, metric screw thread.
For fixation of ducting angles/ ducting brackets to ventilation ducts and pipes up to 0.7 mm sheet thickness. Also suitable for requirements according to airtightness class D - DIN EN 12237.
Assembly
The Einschrauben erfolgt anfangs mit hoher Umdrehung (ca. 2.000 U/min) und hohem Andruck. Wenn die Schraube das Material verdrängt, Druck und Geschwindigkeit reduzieren. Andrehen bis zur erkennbaren Kopfauflage. Empfohlen werden Schrauber mit Drehmomentbegrenzung.
